David Lyons vs Ian McNevin

Boxing Daily Report from the Roman Lorenz promoted show at The Roadhouse, Doncaster,  taking place on 12/02/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Lyons (8 - 11 - 8) who hails from Bradford, UK and Ian McNevin(7 - 6 - 1) from Doncaster, UK.  Both Lyons and McNevin weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dale Watkins, and the three ringside judges are Sam McClenny, Iain McClure and Bryan Darrow.  

Round 1: 

McNevin lands a left hook.  
Lyons steps inside and forces McNevin to back into a corner.  Lyons quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.
