Ahmed Marwan vs Farhan Rashid

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai,  taking place on 23/03/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the West Asian Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ahmed Marwan (25(4) - 2) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Farhan Rashid(25(20) - 5(4) - 1) from Isfahan, Iran.  Marwan weighed in at 159 pounds and 11 ounces, while Rashid weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Albishi, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Awan, Rehan Jabbour and Haider Albishi.  

Round 1: 

Rashid sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.

Rashid lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS MARWAN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 9.  
Rashid thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Marwan away.  Rashid lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS MARWAN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Marwan now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
