Erich Meinking vs Harman Bigler

Boxing Daily Report from the Situmbeko Promotions promoted show at Hamburg Altig, Hamburg,  taking place on 14/02/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Germany-Hamburg Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Erich Meinking (15 - 10 - 2) who hails from Hamburg, Germany and Harman Bigler(14 - 16 - 3) from Hamburg, Germany.  Both Meinking and Bigler weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Steinmetz Blank, and the three ringside judges are Decker Decamp, Willifrid Ackert and Mathias Kuebler.  

Round 1: 

Bigler lands a jab.  
Bigler pivots from in front of his opponent and goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Meinking time to recover.  
Bigler lands a right hook.  
Meinking manages to force Bigler into the corner.  Meinking sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Bigler connects with a cross.  
Bigler forces Meinking to retreat onto the ropes.  Meinking hits home with a right hook.  
Bigler digs in a left hook to Meinking's body.  
Meinking throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Meinking's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Meinking's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Meinking sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Meinking digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Meinking throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Meinking lands a left uppercut.  
Meinking cuts off the ring, trapping Bigler on the ropes.  Meinking is on target with a right hook.
