Malik Akel vs Abdul Badini

Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at Sultan's Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 09/02/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Malik Akel (4 - 0) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Abdul Badini(1 - 15 - 4) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Both Akel and Badini weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Shariff, Gazi Shariff and Saad Hassan.

Badini is looking to close the distance.  Akel lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Akel wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Badini dabs at his face checking for damage.

Badini closes the distance and forces Akel to retreat onto the ropes.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Badini dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Badini.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
