Seymur Nagiyev vs Gennady Baliev

Boxing Daily Report from the Pungwayo Promotions promoted show at Siraj Elamin Gym, Dushanbe,  taking place on 20/02/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Dushanbe Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seymur Nagiyev (7 - 19 - 3) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Gennady Baliev(16 - 9(2)) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Nagiyev weighed in at 237 pounds and 14 ounces, while Baliev weighed in at 225 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Georgiy Radjabov, and the three ringside judges are Qiyas Abutalybov, Valeri Kagramanov and Konstantin Dzharbailov.  

Round 1:

Baliev closes the distance and manages to force Nagiyev into the red corner.  Nagiyev is on target with a right uppercut to Baliev's ribcage.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Nagiyev dabs at his face checking for damage.  Nagiyev has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
