Leon Richards vs Jay Desailly

Boxing Daily Report from the Forficula Promotion promoted show at McKenzie Sports Club, Linden,  taking place on 25/02/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Leon Richards (1 - 0) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Jay Desailly(11 - 14 - 5) from Delmas, Haiti.  Both Richards and Desailly weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Danny Malis, and the three ringside judges are Jack Palin, Lee Montgomery and James Larrimore.  

Round 1: 

Richards attempts to land a left uppercut, but Desailly dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.
