Dave Clelland vs John Rankine

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at New City Gas, Montreal,  taking place on 11/03/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Dave Clelland (6 - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and John Rankine(1 - 3 - 1) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Both Clelland and Rankine weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Oliver, and the three ringside judges are Prewitt Gedeon, Gerard Segalen and Destin Dauphin.
