Rob Wyly vs Zachary Whitton

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Robina Stadium, Gold Coast,  taking place on 09/03/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Australia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Wildman Wyly (10(7) - 2) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Zachary Whitton(11 - 2(2)) from Adelaide, Australia.  Wyly weighed in at 122 pounds, while Whitton weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Glynn Profit, and the three ringside judges are Paul Phaup, James Westwood and Barry Madden.  

Round 1: 

Wyly lands a cross to the head, a jab to the head and a right uppercut to the body.

Wyly connects with a FEARSOME right hook.  WHITTON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Whitton dabs at his face checking for damage.  Whitton almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Wyly sidesteps to the left of his opponent and SLAMS a nasty right hook into his opponents face.  WHITTON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Whitton recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
