Boxing Daily Report from the Antwi Promotions promoted show at Dubai Baghdadi, Dubai,  taking place on 02/02/2030:

Clearly Antwi Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Dubai Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aftab Awad (18(1) - 8(1)) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Umair Bacchus(6 - 5(1) - 3) from Dubai, UAE.  Awad weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Bacchus weighed in at 139 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Yacoub, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Jabbour, Haider Albishi and Gazi Maalouf.  

Round 1: 

Awad is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Awad switches the action to the outside and connects with a sharp cross.  
Awad lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Awad connects with a solid cross.  
Awad lands a jab.  
Bacchus walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bacchus pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Awad lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Bacchus voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Awad is whaling away with hooks, but Bacchus keeps his defence tight.  Awad lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Awad drives a right uppercut into Bacchus's ribcage.  
Awad is looking to keep his distance.  Awad quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Awad lands an overhand left, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Awad steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Bacchus throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Awad lands a sharp cross.  Awad attempts to land a left uppercut, but Bacchus dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Awad is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Awad steps to the outside and lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand left to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Awad knows Bacchus is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Awad lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Awad lands a left hook, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut, cross and a left hook to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Awad!
