Edward Gatt vs Robert Edmison

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayibonte Promotions promoted show at Indianapolis Cassie, Indianapolis,  taking place on 02/03/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Indiana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edward Gatt (7 - 7 - 1) who hails from Indianapolis, USA and Robert Edmison(8 - 6 - 3) from Indianapolis, USA.  Gatt weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Edmison weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Skilling, and the three ringside judges are David Reach, Bryan Maffett and Mark Voyles.  

Round 1: 

Gatt steps to the outside.  Edmison is on target with a cross.  
Edmison pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Gatt lands a cross.  
Gatt switches the action to the outside.  Edmison throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Edmison lands a left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gatt's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Gatt's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Edmison's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Gatt hits home with an overhand right.
