Xabat Aparicio vs Asif Laban

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Claude Robillard Centre, Montreal,  taking place on 30/03/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Xabat Aparicio (11(8) - 1(1)) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Asif Laban(13 - 4(4)) from Constantine, Algeria.  Both Aparicio and Laban weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sid Leys, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Girardot, Bruce Hathorne and Gower Paille.  

Round 1: 

Aparicio lands a cross.  Aparicio tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
