Owen Linen vs Morgan Scripture

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Chinese Benevolent Association auditorium, Kingston,  taking place on 18/03/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Owen Linen (5(4) - 0) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Morgan Scripture(4 - 10(1) - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Linen and Scripture weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gareth Stater, and the three ringside judges are Charles Alford, Matthew Christopher and Harvey Dennie.  

Round 1: 

Linen snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Scripture sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Linen lands a sharp left hook.  
Linen switches the action to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Linen lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Scripture walks Linen into the corner.  Linen lands a jab.  
Linen steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Linen lands a jab.  
Linen lands with a ramrod jab.  
Linen feints a jab, tricking Scripture into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Linen is waiting for the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Linen lands a solid left hook.  
Linen lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Scripture almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Linen lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Scripture cuts off the ring, trapping Linen on the ropes.  Linen lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Scripture advances into close range.  Linen lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Linen tries to step out of his opponents range and DETONATES a FEROCIOUS cross on his opponents face.  SCRIPTURE WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Linen thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Scripture away.  Linen lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND SCRIPTURE IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  Scripture now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Scripture sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Linen lands a ramrod jab.  
Linen lands a jab to the head, a right hook to the body and a jab to the head.  
Linen switches the action to the outside and is on target with a firm cross.  
Linen tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Scripture's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Scripture closes the distance.  Linen lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Linen attempts to land a cross, but Scripture sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Linen lands a stiff jab.  
Scripture throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Scripture hits home with a cross.  
Linen lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Scripture sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Linen is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Scripture walks Linen onto the ropes.  Scripture pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Linen lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Linen steps to the outside.  Linen is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Linen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS SCRIPTURE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Linen lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS SCRIPTURE!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Linen!
