Alec Coleman vs Diego Gamez

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at MGM Grand, Las Vegas,  taking place on 23/03/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the North American Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Canada Alec Coleman (28(7) - 1(1)) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Diego Gamez(16(2) - 2) from Holguin, Cuba.  Coleman weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Gamez weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pedro Lua, and the three ringside judges are George Ramo, Henry Weddell and Ellis Slight.
