Quadrees Mmbijiwe vs Wayne Mabaso

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Mombasa Municipal Stadium, Mombasa,  taking place on 06/04/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WWX Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quadrees Mmbijiwe (19(14) - 4(3)) who hails from Machakos, Kenya and Wayne Mabaso(15 - 2 - 2) from Kitwe, Zambia.  Both Mmbijiwe and Mabaso weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Bwakali, and the three ringside judges are Nwa Lugano, James Baldacchino and Sam Yiampoy.  

Round 1:
