Kashif Arafat vs Govind Bakshi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Tamil Nadu promoted show at Chennai Chadha, Chennai,  taking place on 21/03/2030:

Clearly AI India-Tamil Nadu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the India-Tamil Nadu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TEN Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kashif Arafat (16 - 0) who hails from Chennai, India and Govind Bakshi(17 - 9 - 3) from Chennai, India.  Arafat weighed in at 147 pounds, while Bakshi weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Girish Mehra, and the three ringside judges are Aftab Dia, Randeep Sharma and Ananth Takshak.
