Chris Zhuang vs Jack Ku

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Syeun Hotel, Ipoh,  taking place on 23/02/2030:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Perak have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Perak Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Zhuang (15(1) - 3(1)) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Jack Ku(20 - 10(2) - 2) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Zhuang and Ku weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haider Din, and the three ringside judges are Syed Khan, Sajid Mustafa and Danyaal Moghaddam.  

Round 1: 

Zhuang steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Zhuang advances into close range and drives a firm right uppercut into his opponents body.  Zhuang ties up his opponent.  Zhuang pushes his forearm into Ku's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Zhuang to stop fouling.  
Zhuang hits home with a sharp right hook.  
Zhuang lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Zhuang attempts to land a right hook, but Ku parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Ku throws a left hook, but Zhuang ties up his opponent.  Ku hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Zhuang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Zhuang is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ku throws a left uppercut, but Zhuang holds on to his opponent.  Ku throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Zhuang is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Ku switches the action to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Zhuang advances into close range and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Zhuang hits home with a right hook.  
Zhuang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Zhuang is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Zhuang clinches his opponent.  Zhuang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Zhuang's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Zhuang closes the distance and is on target with a potent right hook to his opponents ribcage.  KU IS HURT!  
Ku steps to the outside.  Zhuang thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Ku away.  Zhuang lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body, AND DOWN GOES KU!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  It looks like Ku has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Zhuang steps inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Ku sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Zhuang is on target with a firm cross.  
Zhuang closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ku's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Ku's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Zhuang knows Ku is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Zhuang drives a weighty right uppercut into his opponents body.  KU IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Zhuang lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS KU!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Ku can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Zhuang!
