David Kapondi vs Spencer Anihla

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Kikuyu Kimobwa, Kikuyu,  taking place on 25/03/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Kapondi (11 - 10 - 6) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Spencer Anihla(16 - 9 - 2) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Kapondi weighed in at 115 pounds and 15 ounces, while Anihla weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Kapondi came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jake Merande, and the three ringside judges are Ian Nanji, Sam Ngugi and Mark Kamande.
