Dave Hilling vs John Byars

Boxing Daily Report from the Simwala Promotions promoted show at Portland Wathen, Portland,  taking place on 02/03/2030:

Clearly Simwala Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oregon Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Hilling (2 - 1) who hails from Portland, USA and John Byars(6 - 13 - 1) from Portland, USA.  Hilling weighed in at 154 pounds, while Byars weighed in at 155 pounds.    As Byars came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Kian Bilbao, and the three ringside judges are Max Lewis, Alec Romo and Rob Tolmie.
