Gethin Couch vs Sammy MacConnell

Boxing Daily Report from the Zulu Promotions promoted show at Chesapeake Hopkins, Chesapeake,  taking place on 02/03/2030:

Clearly Zulu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Couch (9 - 1) who hails from Chesapeake, USA and Sammy MacConnell(6 - 1) from Virginia Beach, USA.  Both Couch and MacConnell weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dan Whalen, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Cassidy, Zachary Davis and Mason Mundie.  

Round 1: 

MacConnell closes the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.
