Emanuel Monserrate vs Tobias Diapo

Boxing Daily Report from the Obita Promotions promoted show at Bacoor Manaloto, Bacoor,  taking place on 09/04/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cavite Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Emanuel Monserrate (16(1) - 2) who hails from Imus, Philippines and Tobias Diapo(17 - 6 - 4) from Bacoor, Philippines.  Both Monserrate and Diapo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Telleria, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Garzon, Alejandro Vivar and Santiago Taguinod.
