Quinto Vallejo vs Jordan Pearce

Boxing Daily Report from the Boomer Promotions promoted show at Florida State Conference Center, Tallahassee,  taking place on 05/04/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Quinto Vallejo (1 - 0) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Jordan Pearce(0 - 1 - 1) from Memphis, USA.  Both Vallejo and Pearce weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Villalta, and the three ringside judges are Onofre Villagomez, Stuart Gillund and Paul Bason.  

Round 1: 

Vallejo is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Vallejo lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Vallejo advances into close range.  Vallejo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Vallejo steps inside.  Vallejo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vallejo voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Pearce steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.

Pearce gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Vallejo is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Vallejo advances into close range and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Vallejo closes the distance and lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Vallejo lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Pearce quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Vallejo lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pearce's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Pearce's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Pearce's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Pearce feints a cross, but Vallejo ignores the feint and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Vallejo steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  Vallejo holds on to his opponent.  Vallejo pushes his forearm into Pearce's face.  The referee warns Vallejo and breaks the clinch.  
Pearce sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Vallejo lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Vallejo hits home with a right uppercut.  
Vallejo switches the action to the outside.  Pearce feints a jab, fooling Vallejo into throwing a left uppercut counter.  Pearce springs the trap and counters with  a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Pearce is looking to close the distance.  Vallejo lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Vallejo lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Vallejo advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Pearce attempts to land a jab, but Vallejo parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Pearce closes the distance.  Vallejo lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
