Franco Serrato vs Cuba Basulto

Boxing Daily Report from the Tuffuor Promotions promoted show at Cali Lina, Cali,  taking place on 16/03/2030:

Clearly Tuffuor Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia-Valle del Cauca Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franco Serrato (1 - 11 - 5) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Cuba Basulto(7 - 1) from Cali, Colombia.  Serrato weighed in at 126 pounds, while Basulto weighed in at 125 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Salvatierra, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Ventura, Vicente Cuenca and Francisco Carrera.  

Round 1:
