Sennett Belair vs Valeray Bazil

Boxing Daily Report from the CNLJ Boxing promoted show at Centre de Congrès Amphithéâtre Cézanne, Aix-en-Provence,  taking place on 01/04/2030:

Clearly CNLJ Boxing have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Sennett The Fresh Prince of Belair (5(3) - 0) who hails from Geneva, Switzerland and Valeray Bazil(2 - 2 - 1) from Strasbourg, France.  Belair weighed in at 238 pounds and 1 ounces, while Bazil weighed in at 264 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jeffrey Lenoir, and the three ringside judges are Hello Allie, Marlon Pigalle and Glanville Berland.  

Round 1: 

Belair feints a jab, and then is on target with a firm cross.

Bazil is looking to close the distance.  Belair drives a left hook into Bazil's liver.

Bazil steps inside.  Belair lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Bazil steps inside and throws a left uppercut, but Belair holds on to his opponent.  Belair uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Bazil behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Belair tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Belair strikes his opponents body with a stinging cross.  
Belair switches the action to the outside.  Belair feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Bazil closes the distance.  Belair thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Bazil away.  Belair lands a left uppercut, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  Bazil now seems to have got his legs back.  
Belair lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Belair steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Bazil is looking to close the distance and walks Belair onto the ropes.  Bazil sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Belair lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bazil is looking to close the distance.  Bazil quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Belair is on target with a right hook to Bazil's body.  
Belair steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Belair lands a firm cross.  
Bazil advances into close range.  Belair lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Belair is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Bazil gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Belair on the ropes.  Belair lands a solid right hook.  
Bazil advances into close range.  Belair is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Belair clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Belair pushes his forearm into Bazil's face.  The ref breaks Belair's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Bazil sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Belair is on target with a firm right hook.  
Belair quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Belair lands a left hook to the body, a jab to the head and a jab to the body.  
Bazil closes the distance.  Belair lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Belair steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Belair is on target with a cross.  
Belair feints a cross, and then lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Belair feints a left hook, and then lands with a ramrod jab.  
Belair feints a left, and then hits home with a cross.

Bazil is looking to close the distance.  Belair lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Bazil quickly recovers.

Bazil gets on the inside.  Belair lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Belair lands a cross, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head, DROPPING BAZIL TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Bazil cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Belair!
