Diego Alban vs Pablo Alcalde

Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Estadio Román Valero, Madrid,  taking place on 11/05/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Spain Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Alban (22(14) - 5(4)) who hails from Cordoba, Spain and Pablo Alcalde(14 - 3(2) - 3) from Mostoles, Spain.  Alban weighed in at 153 pounds and 15 ounces, while Alcalde weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Fama, and the three ringside judges are Juan Diaz, Porfio Reyna and Diego Somero.  

Round 1:

Alban lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS ALCALDE DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  
Alcalde walks Alban down, trapping him on the ropes.  Alban is on target with a stinging cross.

Alcalde now seems to have his senses back.  
Alcalde lands a left hook.  
Alban lands a jab to the body, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head, KNOCKING ALCALDE DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Alban!
