Chris Toshack vs Azam Baksh

Boxing Daily Report from the Kings promoted show at Wembley Arena, London,  taking place on 04/05/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Toshack (29(20) - 4(3)) who hails from Manchester, UK and Azam Baksh(23(3) - 3) from Glasgow, UK.  Both Toshack and Baksh weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Adam Ferris, and the three ringside judges are Matthew Flint, Ollie Yates and Henry McQuiston.  

Round 1: 

Baksh closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Toshack steps to the outside and lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.

Toshack is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Baksh wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Toshack dabs at his face checking for damage.

Baksh walks Toshack onto the ropes.  Baksh throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

As Toshack tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Baksh dabs at his face checking for damage.  Baksh has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Baksh's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
