Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Abrankese Stadium, Kumasi,  taking place on 11/05/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Western African Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Ankrah (27(22) - 1) who hails from Achiaman, Ghana and Raul Lenoir(12 - 3(1) - 1) from Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  Both Ankrah and Lenoir weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibrahim Siddiqi, and the three ringside judges are Gethin Nkansah, Bob Antwi and Chata Ankrah.  

Round 1: 

Ankrah throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.

Ankrah lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Ankrah tries to land a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Ankrah switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a hard jab.

Ankrah is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Ankrah drives a left hook into Lenoir's liver.  
Ankrah walks Lenoir onto the ropes.  Ankrah connects with a stinging right hook.  
Ankrah is looking to keep his distance and throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook to Ankrah's body.  
Ankrah tries to land a cross, but Lenoir slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Ankrah's body.  
Ankrah is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.  
Ankrah gets on the inside.  Lenoir throws a left hook, but Ankrah ties up his opponent.  Ankrah pushes his forearm into Lenoir's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ankrah lands a left hook, cross and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Lenoir digs in a right hook to Ankrah's body.  Lenoir wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ankrah dabs at his face checking for damage.

Ankrah lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Lenoir manouvers Ankrah onto the ropes.  Ankrah stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Ankrah lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS LENOIR TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Ankrah!
