Abdul Wassan vs Azam Pervez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Johor Bahru Kaba, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 26/04/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Abdul Wassan (35(8) - 3(1)) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Azam Pervez(15 - 12(3) - 1) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Both Wassan and Pervez weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Hossain, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Gaber, Haaris Gaber and Farhan Younis.  

Round 1: 

Wassan hits home with a solid jab.

Pervez is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Wassan on the ropes.  Wassan drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Wassan ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Pervez pushes his forearm into Wassan's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
