Gethin Bhengu vs Matt Ngcobo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Mamelodi Rossouw, Mamelodi,  taking place on 27/04/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Bhengu (12 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Matt Ngcobo(6(3) - 1) from Soweto, South Africa.  Bhengu weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces, while Ngcobo weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ontibile Nyauza, and the three ringside judges are Vince Van Deventer, Justus De Vries and Aenas Van der Walt.  

Round 1: 

Ngcobo advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.  Ngcobo ties up his opponent.  Ngcobo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ngcobo to stop fouling.  
Bhengu is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Ngcobo is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Ngcobo is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  Ngcobo throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bhengu switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Ngcobo advances into close range and digs in a forceful right hook to his opponents ribcage.  BHENGU WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Bhengu recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
