Robert Haye vs Dave Rankine

Boxing Daily Report from the Cletus Van Damme promoted show at Lewis Blood Gym, Memphis,  taking place on 02/04/2030:

Clearly Cletus Van Damme have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Haye (8 - 7 - 5) who hails from Nashville, USA and Dave Rankine(6 - 13 - 3) from Nashville, USA.  Both Haye and Rankine weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Parry, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Bees, Kris Breck and Robert Davidson.  

Round 1: 

Rankine advances into close range.  Haye attempts to land a left hook, but Rankine slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
