Ramiro Lazaro vs Vicente Marzan

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Inglewood Forum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 27/06/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Razor Ramiro Lazaro (23(14) - 1) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Vicente Marzan(17 - 14(5)) from San Miguel, El Salvador.  Both Lazaro and Marzan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Barry Maxton, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Salmond, Chris Morgan and Edward Fernandez.  

Round 1: 

Lazaro lands two jabs followed by an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Marzan steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Marzan tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Marzan walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Lazaro is on target with a sharp left hook.

Marzan closes the distance and walks Lazaro onto the ropes.  Lazaro lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lazaro dabs at his face checking for damage.  Lazaro has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor damage to the nose.

That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Marzan switches the action to the outside.  Lazaro EXPLODES a nasty cross into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE MARZAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Marzan almost instantly gets his legs back.
