Rob Vidyarthi vs Leo Shikuku

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kiambu promoted show at Ruiru Kipkemei, Ruiru,  taking place on 02/05/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kiambu Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Vidyarthi (14 - 3 - 1) who hails from Kikuyu, Kenya and Leo Shikuku(13 - 3 - 2) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Both Vidyarthi and Shikuku weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Karanja, and the three ringside judges are Haider Ben, Ian Nanji and Jake Merande.
