Mike Pennoyer vs Michael Darling

Boxing Daily Report from the Kapenta Promotions promoted show at Davie Crary Gym, Athens,  taking place on 02/05/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Georgia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Pennoyer (5 - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Michael Darling(8 - 10(1) - 1) from Atlanta, USA.  Both Pennoyer and Darling weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ethan Mun, and the three ringside judges are Dave Goodlett, Chris Wigton and Brad Bee.
