Oddvar Hee vs Josh Manamela

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 17/05/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oddvar Hee (13(4) - 0) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Josh Manamela(19 - 2 - 1) from Khayelitsha, South Africa.  Hee weighed in at 147 pounds, while Manamela weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lee Hyland, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Profit, Michael Puller and Sam Thomson.  

Round 1: 

Manamela steps inside.  Hee digs in a right hook to Manamela's ribcage.

Manamela hits home with a right hook.  
Manamela walks Hee into a corner.  Hee attempts to land a right uppercut, but Manamela blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hee lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Manamela attempts to land a left hook, but Hee dodges the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut to Manamela's ribs.  
Hee switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Manamela slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Manamela closes the distance and lands a right uppercut.

As Hee tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Manamela dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hee tries to keep the action at long range.  Manamela sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Hee EXPLODES a WICKED cross into his opponents face.  MANAMELA IS HURT!  
Hee senses Manamela is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Hee lands two right hooks followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Manamela manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Hee sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Hee lands a WICKED left uppercut.  MANAMELA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE FAILS TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Hee!
