Sargent Haccoun vs Briar Du Jeu

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Stade Port Autonome, Dakar,  taking place on 18/05/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sargent Haccoun (8(1) - 0) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Briar Du Jeu(12 - 11 - 2) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Haccoun and Du Jeu weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Coly, and the three ringside judges are Holland Mandiang, Yves Diedhiou and Valentin Gasson.  

Round 1: 

Haccoun connects with a left hook.  
Haccoun connects with a right hook.  
Haccoun digs in a right hook to Du Jeu's body.  
Haccoun gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Haccoun clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Haccoun pushes his forearm into Du Jeu's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Haccoun about fouling.
