David Dewar vs Floyd Hawthorne

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UK-Central England promoted show at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park, Sheffield,  taking place on 14/04/2030:

Clearly AI UK-Central England have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Dewar (10 - 5) who hails from Nottingham, UK and Floyd Hawthorne(6 - 17 - 2) from Coventry, UK.  Dewar weighed in at 112 pounds, while Hawthorne weighed in at 111 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dale Garrett, and the three ringside judges are Harry Seward, William McCorkel and Ewan Sprout.  

Round 1: 

Hawthorne feints a left hook, and then lands a left hook.

Hawthorne stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Dewar throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Hawthorne gets on the inside and manouvers Dewar into the corner.  Hawthorne wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Dewar dabs at his face checking for damage.
