Nathan Cadenhead vs Phil Padon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Catherine promoted show at Owen Bruce Gym, Spanish Town,  taking place on 22/04/2030:

Clearly AI Jamaica-Saint Catherine have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Saint Catherine Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nathan Cadenhead (5(2) - 2) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Phil Padon(1 - 14 - 1) from Portmore, Jamaica.  Both Cadenhead and Padon weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Malcolm Killens, and the three ringside judges are Felix Bellin, Ian Hemphill and Bradley Trumble.  

Round 1: 

Cadenhead is on target with a stinging cross.  
Cadenhead drives a sharp right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Cadenhead lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Padon feints a right, and then tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Cadenhead steps to the outside.  Cadenhead feints a left hook, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Cadenhead finds the target with a jab.  
Cadenhead gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cadenhead tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Padon throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a BRUTAL cross.  PADON IS HURT!  
Cadenhead tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a hard jab.  It looks like Padon has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Cadenhead tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.

Cadenhead is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Cadenhead sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Cadenhead feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Cadenhead lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Padon tries to keep the action at long range.  Cadenhead lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Cadenhead lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Cadenhead sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a hard jab.  
Cadenhead is on target with a BRUTAL overhand right.  PADON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Padon quickly recovers. 
Cadenhead tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Padon's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Padon's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Padon's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Cadenhead is on target with a firm jab to Padon's body.  It looks like Padon has now recovered from that shot earlier.

Cadenhead lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head, KNOCKING PADON DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Padon is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Cadenhead!
