Richie Kombo vs Lisimba Motsoaledi

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Arthur Ashe Tennis Centre, Soweto,  taking place on 10/06/2030:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Richie Kombo (7 - 0) who hails from Germiston, South Africa and Lisimba Motsoaledi(0 - 2 - 1) from Roodepoort, South Africa.  Both Kombo and Motsoaledi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mzikayise Tlolane, and the three ringside judges are Luvolwethu Motupa, Vuyisile Sekola and Tokelo Motupa.  

Round 1: 

Kombo steps inside.  Kombo voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Motsoaledi is whaling away with hooks, but Kombo keeps his defence tight.

Motsoaledi pivots to the right of his opponent.  Motsoaledi throws a left hook, but Kombo clinches his opponent.  Kombo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Kombo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kombo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Motsoaledi closes the distance.  Kombo lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Kombo tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Motsoaledi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kombo is on target with a left hook to Motsoaledi's body.  
Motsoaledi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kombo lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.
