Paul Katigbak vs Santiago Palacay

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Manganip, Cebu City,  taking place on 28/04/2030:

Clearly AI Philippines-Cebu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Katigbak (13 - 8 - 3) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Santiago Palacay(17 - 10(3) - 4) from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines.  Katigbak weighed in at 140 pounds, while Palacay weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Porfio Larez, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Magana, Mark Alviar and Jesus Prisco.
