Myung-joo Chang vs Chae-min Shim

Boxing Daily Report from the Masina Promotions promoted show at Gwangju Shin, Gwangju,  taking place on 31/05/2030:

Clearly Masina Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-Gwangju Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Myung-joo Chang (9 - 13 - 11) who hails from Gwangju, South Korea and Chae-min Shim(2 - 13 - 1) from Gwangju, South Korea.  Both Chang and Shim weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dong-won Kwok, and the three ringside judges are Min-hyeok Pae, Kook-young Ok and Shin-wook Yum.  

Round 1: 

Shim is looking to close the distance and walks Chang down, trapping him in the red corner.  Shim attempts to land a left hook, but Chang blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Shim advances into close range and manouvers Chang into a corner.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shim dabs at his face checking for damage.
