Marin St. Jean vs Ian Donkin

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Maurice Richard Arena, Montreal,  taking place on 29/06/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marin St. Jean (14(8) - 0 - 1) who hails from Marseille, France and Ian Donkin(9 - 8(1) - 4) from Toronto, Canada.  Both St. Jean and Donkin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Laurent Marceau, and the three ringside judges are Prewitt Gedeon, Verrier Luna and Sinjon Bellanger.  

Round 1: 

St. Jean lands a firm cross.

St. Jean feints a jab, tricking Donkin into throwing a cross counter.  St. Jean springs the trap, countering with  a cross.

St. Jean tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross.

St. Jean feints a jab, and then lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
St. Jean is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Donkin recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
