Xebec Diaby vs Neil Cartier

Boxing Daily Report from the Monster Promotions promoted show at Mississauga Jamieson, Mississauga,  taking place on 15/06/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xebec Diaby (16 - 9(2) - 4) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Neil Cartier(8 - 15(2) - 2) from London, Canada.  Diaby weighed in at 160 pounds, while Cartier weighed in at 159 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Josh Watson, and the three ringside judges are Richard Amiot, Jordan Haworth and Gethin Riddel.  

Round 1: 

Cartier sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Diaby tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Diaby's ribs.

Cartier gets on the inside.  Diaby hits home with a right hook.  Cartier clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Cartier pushes his forearm into Diaby's face.  The referee warns Cartier and breaks the clinch.
