Senon Cendejas vs Diego Para

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Angel Gimenez Gym, Manta,  taking place on 17/06/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Senon Cendejas (4 - 4 - 1) who hails from Portoviejo, Ecuador and Diego Para(6 - 4) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Both Cendejas and Para weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rio Lona, and the three ringside judges are Xaver Barbo, Manny Santiesteban and Cris Victoria.  

Round 1: 

Para gets on the inside.  Cendejas backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Para attempts to land a right hook, but Cendejas sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Para steps inside.  Cendejas lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Para gets on the inside.  As Cendejas tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Para dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Cendejas switches the action to the outside.  Para lands a cross.
