Hikaru Kobashigawa vs Akira Goto

Boxing Daily Report from the Paintsil Promotions promoted show at Yutaka Koga Gym, Chiba,  taking place on 23/05/2030:

Clearly Paintsil Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Kobashigawa (8 - 12 - 7) who hails from Matsudo, Japan and Akira Goto(13 - 1 - 1) from Chiba, Japan.  Kobashigawa weighed in at 148 pounds And 1 ounces, while Goto weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Kobashigawa came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Ueno, and the three ringside judges are Daiki Fujimura, Fumio Taketa and Hajime Hino.  

Round 1: 

Goto is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  Goto attempts to land a left hook, but Kobashigawa dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Goto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.
