Jerrold Chico vs Jose Gomez

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Los Gym, San Jose,  taking place on 13/06/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Jerrold Chico (4(1) - 0) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Jose Gomez(1 - 3) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Chico and Gomez weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Lujano, and the three ringside judges are Fraco Dario, Cezar Gall and Hernan Lovato.  

Round 1: 

Chico steps inside and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Chico clinches his opponent.  Chico tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Gomez's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Chico tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Chico lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Chico wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gomez dabs at his face checking for damage.  Gomez has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Chico is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Chico lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.
