Francois Pagnol vs Oscar Moffa

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at The LINQ Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas,  taking place on 28/06/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Francois Pagnol (11(5) - 0) who hails from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti and Oscar Moffa(9 - 14(1) - 2) from New York City, USA.  Pagnol weighed in at 147 pounds, while Moffa weighed in at 148 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Levingston, and the three ringside judges are Waqar Othman, Will Cerezo and Amon Gibson.  

Round 1: 

Pagnol is on target with an overhand left.  
Moffa tries to land a jab, but Pagnol dodges the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Moffa lands an overhand right.  
Moffa advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Pagnol clinches his opponent.  Pagnol pushes his forearm into Moffa's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Pagnol.  
Pagnol feints a cross, and then lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Pagnol is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Moffa walks Pagnol onto the ropes.  Moffa pivots to the side of his opponent.  Pagnol lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Pagnol senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Pagnol lands a right uppercut, cross and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Moffa now seems to have got his legs back.  
Pagnol steps to the outside.  Pagnol sidesteps to the left of his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Pagnol lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Pagnol feints a left, and then hits home with a left hook.  
Pagnol tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Pagnol is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Pagnol SLAMS a HUGE cross into his opponents face.  MOFFA IS DOWN!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT MOFFA IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Pagnol!
