Diego Montanez vs Macario Loredo

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Fantastic Casino de Albrook Mall, Panama City,  taking place on 25/07/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Panama Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Montanez (10(8) - 1) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Macario Loredo(13 - 3(1) - 1) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Montanez and Loredo weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Rascon, and the three ringside judges are Quico Olivares, Nicandro Gomez and Vicente Lama.  

Round 1: 

Montanez advances into close range and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Montanez walks Loredo down, trapping him in a corner.  Montanez lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Loredo.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Montanez is on target with a solid left hook to Loredo's ribs.  Montanez throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Montanez sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Montanez steps inside and is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.
