Vili Makinen vs Julius Yliniemi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Scandic Grand Marina Fennia, Helsinki,  taking place on 21/07/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vili Makinen (14(12) - 0) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Julius Yliniemi(11 - 3 - 1) from Vantaa, Finland.  Both Makinen and Yliniemi weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Samu Petaja, and the three ringside judges are Heikki Laitinen, Tiitus Lansivuori and Armas Korpela.  

Round 1: 

Yliniemi advances into close range.  Makinen connects with a solid right hook.  Makinen wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Yliniemi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Makinen steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left to the head, a jab to the body and a jab to the head.  
Makinen feints a left, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Makinen lands a jab, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Yliniemi quickly recovers. 
Makinen lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Makinen lands a stiff jab.  
Makinen lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Makinen steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Yliniemi manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Makinen lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Makinen lands a BRUTAL cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE YLINIEMI WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Makinen tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Yliniemi manages to force Makinen onto the ropes.  Makinen thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Yliniemi away.  Makinen lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS YLINIEMI SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Yliniemi now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Yliniemi's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Yliniemi's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Yliniemi's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Makinen steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Makinen lands a straight 1 - 2.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Yliniemi almost instantly gets his legs back.

Makinen feints a left, and then drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Yliniemi gets on the inside.  Makinen lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
