Syed Aziz vs Majid Meskin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Tehran Abood, Tehran,  taking place on 21/06/2030:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Tehran Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Syed Aziz (13 - 8(1) - 5) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Majid Meskin(6 - 9 - 3) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Aziz and Meskin weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amer Khar, and the three ringside judges are Kamran Ayub, Saad Mahmood and Gazi Mirza.  

Round 1: 

Meskin pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Aziz pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Meskin throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Aziz sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Meskin tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Meskin steps inside.  Aziz sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Aziz drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Meskin steps inside.  Aziz is on target with a left hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Meskin dabs at his face checking for damage.  Meskin has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.
