Odilon Mendy vs Waleed Rafiev

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Dakar Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 10/08/2030:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Odilon Mendy (37(1) - 1) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Waleed Rafiev(20(2) - 7(2)) from Tabriz, Iran.  Both Mendy and Rafiev weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Royal Ankah, and the three ringside judges are Sid Soumah, Leggett Kasse and Forrest Coly.
