Mike Samson vs John Abercrombie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Louisiana promoted show at New Orleans Philip, New Orleans,  taking place on 02/08/2030:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Louisiana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mike Samson (20 - 6(1)) who hails from Lafayette, USA and John Abercrombie(14 - 8 - 2) from New Orleans, USA.  Samson weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Abercrombie weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Parro, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Setton, Ian de Vigny and Ricky Glasco.  

Round 1: 

Samson steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Samson circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Abercrombie hits home with a left hook.  
Samson gets on the inside.  Samson digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Abercrombie dabs at his face checking for damage.
